The Children’s School at Saint John’s welcomes children of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all rights privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to children at the school.
Prior to the child’s enrollment, an initial meeting with the parent/guardian and the child is required to acquaint each new family with the environment, teachers, and the schedule of the program. During the visit, the parent/guardian will have a personal meeting with the Executive Director/Director, an opportunity to spend approximately one hour in the classroom to meet the teacher(s) and children and become familiar with the classroom routine before starting on his or her first day.
A non-refundable registration fee of $100.00 per child is required upon enrollment.
The following forms will be completed by the parent or legal guardian and submitted to the Executive director/Director prior to the child’s first day of attendance. Confidentiality of information about the child and family will be maintained. Enrollment forms and all other information concerning the child and family, compiled by the child care facility, will be accessible only to the parent/guardian, Executive Director/Director, staff, and the person designated by the state licensing department to review records for licensing.
Information concerning the child will not be made available to anyone, by any means, without the expressed written consent of parent/guardian.
